MakerDAO founder: No freeze function will be added when the new protocol is launched, only the ability to upgrade will be retained
MakerDAO founder Rune Christensen responded to the discussion that "the DAI is adding a freeze function". Christensen said that in fact the new protocol will not have a freeze function at launch, but only an upgrade ability.
